Return Policy
We will exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of the original shipment date. Products must be unworn and in the same condition in which you received them.
To obtain a return authorisation, please contact us.
Please note,All returns and cancellations are subject to a 12% restocking fee , unless the item(s) is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship) or not as per your order.
if you want to return for an exchange ,you have yo pay for double shipping fee(shipped from you to me ,and me to you there) ,after we receive your returned items ,we will contact with you and reship the item to you ASAP.
Where the item(s) is faulty or not as per ordered, we will provide a replacement/repair at no cost to the customer.
Please note, that because sheepskin and leather are natural products, small marks cannot be considered a manufacturing fault. Such marks will not affect the performance of the handbags or shoes.
The most importance : Plz contact us for the return address befor you sent back the package,and you must info us the tracking number and tracking link in time ,if there is no return tracking number, we will not give refund or replace.
Tracking
When we ship out your items,we will post the tracking number on our store ,you can find it at " Order Inquiry" . Plz remember your order number and tracking numbers, which are very important.
